This project truck has been in progress for the past 18 months. Over 15k in parts alone invested in this truck not including shop time paint and mechanical.
This 1951 is a completely rebuilt body with all new parts. Only parts salvages from original vehicle are the firewall and the 2 doors. Doors only needed patches on the bottom. Rest of the truck is all new.
Frame of the truck is an Acid washed Por-15 triple coated 1982 Chevy short bed frame which was adapted to the 51 body but has better suspension, disc brakes and holds an 8 cyl engine.
In the cradle is a small block 350 top end rebuilt lower end had been recently rebuilt so the mechanic so no reason to rebuild that. Trimmed out ready to run. Transmission is a turbo 350 which I personally like better than the 400...
Truck comes with a bunch of other parts which I will gladly load into the cab and send with the truck. Story is... I just don't have the time to finish the project. I moving at the end of October and lost the space I had the truck in. I know I will take a loss but someone can take what we've started and finish a nice truck.
There is no title. I only have a bill of sale. I have never registered this vehicle. Bought it as a completely rotted unusable project and its been in a shop since the day I bought it. Good luck and feel free to ask questions.NO RESERVE!
