1972 Chevrolet El Camino Custom
Super clean El Camino with actual mileage of 50,939 prior to LS engine upgrade in 2017. Driven less than 1,000 miles after upgrade.
This is a totally rust free vehicle, maintained and provided with a cosmetic restoration prior to current modifications.
The "build sheet" was recovered when replacing the original gas tank with the new tank/pump assembly verifying color, vinyl top, etc.
The LS Engine came from a 2012 Chevrolet pickup with only 16,000 miles on the odometer, with verification, connected to a
remanufactured 4L60E transmission. The wiring harness and all associated equipment including trans, gas tank, gauges, custom dash
panel, etc. were specifically built for this upgrade. Twin fans activated at preset numbers within the computer, keep everything cool.
After market cast iron headers provide the routing for a custom exhaust installation.
All paper work and instructions associated with the build will be provided to the buyer.
The engine, trans and 3:55 rear gear provide the expected performance. The assembly has been professionally tuned.
