Very rare, highly optioned van.

Front and rear a/c, 35 degrees in the front, 45 in back.

Mint, near perfect interior. Even has what I believe are the original curtains.
Alarm system recently added with remote locks.

In the last 3k miles it has had new: tires, exhaust, shocks, brakes, brake hoses, front suspension, a/c evaporator, hoses, belts, rear diff, etc . . . almost $6k in receipts.

If you didn't know better, you would think this van is 3 years old, not thirty. You won't find a cleaner, nicer, virtually rust free vintage Chevy, Chevrolet or GMC. Undercoated from new, it doesn't look like it has ever been offroad or involved in an accident.
