1994 Chevrolet Corvette
1994 corvette lt1 300hp model. I bought it as a original owner car. The car had set for years when I got it because of an engine problem. I pulled the original motor and found it had a rod bearing and main bearing bad. I found a donor motor from the same year and went through it. I used only the short block from the donor motor and everything else was put back original. While in the motor I had a machine shop go through the heads and upgrade the springs, valve job, and seals. Then I installed the gm hot cam kit which should add around 30hp. Everything was cleaned and painted and reassembled. Car runs and drives great. I still consider it a project car because it sat for so long and all the rubber is dry rotted including the tires. However the tires are driveable. They look like brand new Michelin pilots.
