1985 chevrolet silverado, no reserve, Calif truck 3rd owner

1985 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

I bought this to put a LS motor and trans but health issue changed that. In the last 8,000 miles I replaced the A/C compressor and hoses, replaced the brakes, drums and rotors. I also replaced the radiator and fan clutch. I also bought some parts that are not put on bodyside moldings, coolant recovery tank, trim around headlight, pitman arm and idler arm not need yet but bought anyway. Has new tires.
now the bad news - the ring around the back window is caused by a boot on a camper shell that prior owner had that rubbed the paint off and has started to rust but not thru.
there is a oil leak, leaves spots but engine runs good and oil stays clean
it also needs a heater core, it is bypass now
