Up for auction is my 1968 Chevy Camaro Super Sport - Rally Sport 396.This Beautiful Matador Red and Black car is a stand out among today's cars. It has perfect working Rally Sport Hidden headlights and always gets - ooohhs & ahhh's when the headlight doors open and close.This car has a non-matching number big block but a very stock looking engine compartment with a factory steel intake and quadrajet carb. It has the correct big block heater core and 4-core radiator with options includingPower Steering and Power Front brakes. Automatic transmission and 12 Bolt Posi rearend with 3.73 gears and multi leaf rear springs.New Dual exhaust system and a very clean under carriage.
Paint and body look beautiful and paint is very shiny and deep looking with very few flaws and no real issues as most of the car is new sheetmetal with minimal body work.
The interior is Black standard with bucket seats and a floor shifted automatic console with the correct gauge package and factory Tic Toc Tachometer with center clock.New seat covers, 80/20 loop carpet and new door panels. Original SS Steering wheel . No radio but the original opening has not been cut or modified and will accept a factory radio.This car does have new custom Audio Sound kick panels with built in speakers.
This car has Coker Radial Redline F70 tires mounted on GM Rally wheels with original center caps and new trim rings.
Car is painted Matador Red with a Black vinyl top and interior. The SS hood was upgraded for a cowl-induction one.Other new parts include - Front & Rear Bumpers, Wheel opening moldings, Rocker moldings and tail lights.
I bought this as an original SS-RS 396 car that had been known in its local town for many many years but i do not have original documentation. I have always loved the stock original big block cars and this car looks like you stepped back in time to 1968. My goal was to have a very stock original looking car with a Big Block and a noticeable idle that would get attention no matter where i was. This car does all that ! Car gets lots of attention every time its driven, and you can expect to make new friends as it always gathers a crowd when parked.

I have clear Title to this vehicle. If you live in the state of Florida you will be required to pay sales tax to transfer Title into your name. Anywhere else you will receive all necessary paperwork to transfer the title to you in your State of residence or for International export. I have been collecting cars for 35yrs and have been licensed in Florida for the last 30yrs in the same location. I am a private collector and This is the only vehicle i have for sale.
