1970 Chevrolet C-10 Custom

Rare 1970 C10 Fleetside short bed Custom/10. Very solid, original truck. A weekend and a couple of things and this could be a great daily driver, or a quick flip!
Too many projects and not enough time! This truck just needs a little work and a small budget to be bad ass!
I polished the paint, bedlined the bed, installed a new fuel tank, fuel pump, starter, a new Edlebrock carb, new windshield, hood hinges, etc. It just needs a couple of items to really dial it in and make nice. I would do a static 4/6 drop, get rid of the current wheels (what were they thinking?), recover the seat, redo the exhaust (the cherry bombs are a bit loud for a daily driver) and adjust the hood hinges.

Exterior:Very desirable, rare Hugger orange original short bed fleetside. The truck is very solid. The rockers have been replaced, as well as the cab corners and all of the problem areas are solid, like the drip rails, windshield frame and firewall. There is a little rust on the lower door skins, some on the very lower of the front pass fender and some surface rust here and there.
Mechanical:
It has a newer 350 that appears to have been rebuilt with a brand new Edlebrock carb, electronic distributor/ignition, long tube headers that run into some Cherry bombs. It runs great and it sounds mean! Originally a three on the tree, it is now running a newer (appears to be freshly rebuilt) 700r4 with a B&M floor shifter with a Converter Lock Up that has not been installed. It also has a factory posi rear end.
INTERIOR:The interior is in good shape. The dash is uncut and the gauge cluster is clean. The door panels are in decent shape and look good. The older seat cover is showing some wear, but the seat appears to be solid and just needs a new cover.

These original short bed trucks are getting very hard to find. This one is a very good buy at this price. A little bit of work and you have an awesome truck that will be worth twice what I am asking.
