Exterior
The body of the car is in excellent condition with no rust, holes or bubbles in the paint. The exterior features the original RR code “Regal Red” paint that is in excellent condition. All body gaps are good along with the condition of the bumpers and trim. Tires are BF Goodrich 215 70 15 Redlines mounted on classic Cragar SS rims
Interior
The interior feature 763 code black buckets, center console, Muncie 4 speed shifter, standard instrumentation with the addition of an aftermarket knee knocker tach along with oil pressure, temperature and voltage gauges. The interior, carpeting, headliner and door panels all show well and are in good shape.
Mechanical
This is where the fun starts… this ’66 features a balanced and blueprinted 489 CI Big Block with aluminum heads, ceramic coated headers and an HEI distributor, 7-quart oil pan, aluminum intake and quick fuel Holley 750 CFM carb mated to a close ratio Muncie M21 transmission. An aluminum high flow rad with electric cooling fans have been added to keep things running cool along with power front disc brakes and dual master cylinder. Out back you have a 12 bolt posi rear end with 3.55 gears, rear sway bar and 2.5” dual exhaust.
Trunk
The trunk pans and wheel houses are solid and in excellent shape although some liquid was split in the trunk recently and some light surface rust had formed under the trunk mat and will need to be wire brushed are repainted.
