Description:
1983 Chevrolet Camaro
This car was found in a barn, sitting for 12 years. It was disassembled to the frame and completely restored. All metal was sanded bare, treated, primed and painted. The body was painted using tricolor candy apple red. The interior was replaced. The engine was replaced. Restoration is almost complete. It is still missing the sun visors. The A/C needs a compressor & sensor to work with new gas now, maybe more. The factory rims were painted to match the body. Stock AM/FM radio, which still works. 2.8L V-6 runs perfect. New battery. New radiator. New front brakes. Etc., etc. The only dash gauge not working is temperature, and one was installed under the dash for easy viewing. Way too much to write about. Look at the pictures and be amazed. I have a 1/2 pint of original paint used, just in case. The minor report was made by me. A car in front of me, waiting for a green light, backed up and bumped me. The paint cracked, barely in a small spot. I never pursued it, just had it sanded and painted with tricolor paint. No big deal.Vehicle Details:
