Built for almost fourteen years from 1968-1972 the C3 Corvette went through some low spots as far as automotive history with the onslaught of government safety takeover, fuel emission standards, a slumping economy and technology that was coming on at a rapid pace. However, GM stayed as true to there sports and and Touring routes as possible with this new and radical design that has now stood the test of time with a finally up and coming collector following. In... fact, after spending time in these cars with there quiet and comfortable touring style cockpit with optional air and open air feeling these cars are quite honestly fantastic. This particular car is a true time-piece with only the front bumper being re-sprayed at some point. The rest of the car appears to have excellent original finish with some thinning in some spots of the years of cleaning and waxing. The interior is excellent as is the drivetrain with working A/C.
