1947 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Resto-Mod

Up for sale is my 1947 Chevy resto-mod. North Florida car for last 30 years, always garaged, very clean and fresh, never smoked in.Everything mechanical on the car is new or rebuilt with less than 500 miles of use. Fuel injected Corvette motor is completely rebuilt with quality components and a mild Crane cam, fresh TH350 automatic transmission. New Currie 9 inch rear end with 3.50 gears. New Walker radiator with integral AC condenser, mechanical and electric cooling fans. Full Chassis Engineering suspension with rack and pinion steering, new brakes, fabricated control arms, gas shocks, springs and front and rear sway bars. New fuel tank, pump, lines and injectors. New wheels, radial tires, Optima battery, windshield etc.Seats and headliner are redone in original "mole hair" fabric, original burl wood painted dash and window trim have all been redone. Firewall and floors are covered with Dyna-mat insulation and sound deadening material. Custom Vintage Air heat and AC blends nicely with the dash and the 200 watt Custom Autosound stereo (with MP3 jack) fits nicely into original factory radio openings as does the Auto Meter electronic speedometer and the four gauge instrument cluster. Everything works as it should. The original steering wheel and tall "swan" shifter really look cool. The body, frame and floor pans are all very solid. Paint is very good (minor scrapes on fender from hood), original grill has been re-chromed. This car was built to be a fun and reliable high quality driver with no bad habits.
