Just brought in! 1968 Malibu/Chevelle Coupe with a sbc 350 and a 4spd saginaw, and a 12bolt posi rear. Although this is not a numbers matching show car or an award winning vehicle it is in great condition. Previous owner did own for over 12 years and the only did a few minor upgrades to it. The seat covers are new, the engine bay was blasted and cleaned and then painted with chassis black. The paint is about 20 years old, it does show its age and was a real weekend driver so it does have a few stone chips, and it does have plenty of imperfections all the way around. Please know that you are bidding/buying a 60 year old car. The floors are solid however there is 1 patch on the passenger side, the rest of the car seems to be very solid. It is mechanically a very solid car, the engine runs strong and doesn't smoke,the 4 speed shifts smooth and seems to lock in tight with no noises, the 4 wheel manual drum breaks work great, the the tires are new, and the wheels are free of curb rash and rust, and they look great. We know this is not a $40000 car but we also know that it is a complete and strong running car that could be driven everyday with no worries.
