1983 Chevy conversion van Garage kept 38k original miles Stunning condition!

1983 Chevrolet G20 Van

1983 Chevy G20 low top conversion van garage kept with only 39k miles. With a 305cu engine and overdrive transmission. This van is in stunning condition it runs and drives perfectly this van was just brought out of storage the last time it was on the road was 2013. I have just replaced the carburetor with a rebuilt unit from "guaranteed carburetor" a new fuel pump we dropped the fuel tank and cleaned it out replaced the AC Compressor changed the oil transmission fluid and flushed the brake fluid. There is no rust rot or major blemishes on this van. All rubber is flexible playable and not dry rotted in any way.All windows work. All lights inside and out work. Radio and CB working. All 4 captains chairs swivel. Manual folding rear seat (no electric motor to break). Never been smoked in. The sunroof looks like it had a leak and the previous owner used silicon to reseal it I can tell you it doesn't leak at all I checked when we were washing it and it has sat through a couple of Florida afternoon thunderstorms with no signs of leaking. The Driver seat does not recline the mechanism is jammed but the seat is upright and in a comfortable position. The tires are old but not dry rotten,however they should be replaced due to age. There is a "package tray" I guess you could call it not in the pictures that the previous owner moved to accommodate an air conditioner in the window above the spare tire when the went camping the (air conditioner comes with the van) there is some chipping in the paint on the passenger side due to being in the garage and having a car door hit it and also some chipping around the rear window above the spare tire from the air conditioner being installed and removed. The engine and transmission have no leaks I have run it for hours and driven it around 100 miles it ready to go to a new home and go camping or cross the country again.
