Showing just 99,522 miles on the odometer, this 1975 Corvette is ready to move on to its second owner as its only owner has decided it's time. The 1970s were not a friendly time for performance cars, but Chevrolet carried on with their flagship Corvette producing both coupes and convertibles. Of those, the convertibles were certainly...limited in number at only 4,629 produced. In fact, 1975 would be the last year for a convertible in the third generation Corvette. This Corvette convertible remains very original. As you can see in the photos, it is stock under the hood and the 350 V8 still retains the smog pump and A/C equipment (the A/C comes on and all fan speeds work, but will need to be recharged), the hide-away headlights function properly, as do all of the gauges except the clock. This Corvette runs amazingly well! The 350 V8 starts easily, idles well, and runs smooth down the road! The Turbo Hydro-Matic transmission shifts properly as well! For a last generation convertible, this one is nicely equipped with Power Windows, Air Condiioning, Cowl Induction, Power Brakes, M40 Turbo Hydro-Matic Transmission, Tilt-Telescoping Steering Column, Power Steering, and AM/FM Radio Stereo with Fixed Height Rear Antenna. All of the older generation Corvettes are going up in value and the 1970 models are no exception! And finding one that hasn't been modified in some way has become a real challenge, let alone finding a One-Owner car!
