1968 RS/SS THIS CAR Could be added on to one of the 27 most Rarest Chevy Camaro's; This is a factory stamping error from the LA plant in CA 1968. only 3 cars are known to have this error. The other 2 are more than likely crushed by now. (TITLE IS NOT A SALVAGE TITLE JUST LOST) Car is V8 4 SPEED. Matching numbers 12 bolt rear end Eaton # 3894860N BM 052802 3:31 gear ratio, Correct Casting for year of Engine, (#3932386) VIN # ON CAR IS 123478L343173 AND MATCHING VIN UNDER COWL ON BODY OF CAR. VIN # ON FACTORY METAL PROTECT O PLATE THAT COMES WITH CAR. AND ORIG MANUAL IS 124378L343173 LEGITIMATE GM ERROR. IMPOSSIBLE FOR SUCCESSION TO BE SAME ON ANY SAME CAR.REGISTRATION ALSO MATCHES THE CAR VIN.No one can prove their 68' Camaro is an actual RS/SS But I can definatley prove this car is an SS0 2 Corvette Bronze only 6% of cars have this color code, none of which are 6 cylinders.Deluxe Interior, and seat belts # E 136 front with shoulder straps. E 265 rearDeluxe center dash Walnut Grain wood color only Avalible on 4 speeds. The bell housing and clutch assembly are still intact: motor will start and run. besides the plugs, wires and old carburetor. The transmission was stolen in the early 1990's when my family and I were in Disney World. I am including a very good condition 4 speed (from my 1974 Camaro). Car has been parked for 29yrs, and ran like a champ when it was hit in the front 1989 in front of Smiths Grocery store, NO FRAME DAMAGE. just radiator and housing which is fixable. . Driver side front fender is good, passenger one needs replaced as well as front bumper grill, ect. Car is being sold as is with bill of sale and all original paper work see pictures. Body has minor surface rust, it was originally a Corvette Bronze rust like Color from factory so is looks worse than it is. see door jams and body for orig color. No brake through rust, all the floors under the car have no rust. just the quarter panels see pictures..The intake was changed in 1986 by my friends father to save gas, and so his son would not speed which we did anyways. Originally came with a 4brl. This is a NR Auction, The other day i was burning some weeds and the bush caught fire burning the driver side back light lenses, yes I'm an idiot!! I am including another complete set of rear lights from a stock 68 camaro.
