Some bubbling on fenders and b pillar are showing through from previous paint job performed. Drive as is or repaint.
To find this car in a field and get it to where its at with everything it has would cost a whole lot more than asking pric, not to mention the time it would take. Repaint this classic, take out the little rust bubbles an you have a 85k Impala. This is not a rust bucket whatsoever, there are minor imperfections last painter did not fully get out.
