1990 Chevrolet Suburban

A Gently used Suburban odometer has 225200+ miles but both tranny and engine were replaced at 130,000+/- or there abouts so both have around 93,000 on them,recently replaced the steering box and had an alignment, and front brakes were replaced.
known issues, cruise control isn't working, have not had time to trouble shootclear coat peeling per usual Chevy paintsmall amount of rust in rt rear cornersmall dent in rt front fender.the AC is not charged up but has everything and the ac clutch works(as I jumped a wire to it to check)I assume the ac isn't working because it has low refrigerant and the low pressure switch isn't kicking it on but i'm just speculating...drivers rear window works but I unplugged it because it goes down but wont go up, and I replaced the motor and the switch and just didn't have time to fool with it.
