This is an extremely well-maintained and babied '81 Corvette with 51k actual original miles. A true unrestored survivor, this all original, garage-kept beauty exhibits wear you would expect for about a 5 year old car. The bright red interior is as beautiful as the shapely exterior, and the power leather seats are comfortable. The driver seat bottom had some tears that were repaired and not precisely color matched, but it still looks great. The engine starts right up with a low growl and runs strong and smooth. The automatic transmission shifts flawlessly. Steering and braking are tight and solid.

The body is in excellent condition with no cracks, spidering, or damage. The paint looks fantastic in spite of some little scratches here and there that are barely noticeable. The frame is very solid with no rust. This classic sports car is turn key and ready to go. It's time for you to take the tops off, get in, and drive.

FLAWS:

Front wheel center caps not installed but are included.
Bottom of driver seat was ripped and repaired, but the color was not precisely matched.
Cruise control doesn't work.
Sometimes it is necessary to hold the hood release while opening hood.
Driver side sun-visor mirror broken off (included for new owner to reattach).
Some minor scratches on body (barely visible).
Small bits of surface rust in some places underneath.
Some rust-through on one exhaust shield (not the exhaust pipe itself).
Stereo bezel not installed.
