1962 Corvette. This car is far from original, if you are looking for an original car, this is one is Not for you. This is an old hot rod with some modern updates, I was told the motor is a 327-350HP, out of a later 60's Corvette, it runs very well, no smoke or unusual noises, with great oil pressure (60 psi). Transmission is a 4 Speed with a Hurst shifter. The car has a 12 Bolt Posi rear end, and StewartWarner tach and gauges. Car also has rack and pinion power steering and front disc brakes. Although the car runs and drives, there is a problem with the front end, the steering is way tosensitive and the car wanders over the road. I would not drive the car until a front end shop corrects the problem. I have all the stock original front end parts, that were taken off the car including the stock steeringcolumn and original brakes, as well as a stock rear end housing and axles.
