1955 Chevrolet Other Pickups

This 1955 panel is a solid project with very little bad rust . No motor or trans. I had intended to bag it on the 1970 Monte Carlo frame it sits on. The previous owner fabbed mounts to the frame and it is bolted down well. It has a coil spring rear and standard IFS front suspension. It has disc front brakes and drum rear. They sell 2" dropped spindles on Ebay for $90.00 for this setup.

Left rear has a recessed plate that was done nicely.Frame - 1970 Monte Carlo. Coil spring rear. 5 lug small GM wheels are included. (Camaro pattern)It is a rolling frame and can be loaded easily on a trailer. (Will sell the 18' one it is on to you also)Dash has not been cut. The body is pretty straight and in good shape for its age. The rockers have been modified (nicely) to allow it to fit on the frame. Even on a stock frame they would look good.Previous owner welded in 1970 Chevelle tail-light buckets correctly.Wind shield frame is good with no rot. I can send pictures of specific areas if you want them.You get the shell with doors and the rolling frame. Front fenders shown do not come with it.
This would be a very nice start to a 1955, 1956, 1957 1958 or 1959 project.It has a clear Texas title in my name. I bought it to build and searched a long time for a solid truck.
The truck is located in North Houston. It can be delivered (after full payment) within 250 miles for a fee. I can deliver it to a shipper for a fee. It can be picked up in person or by a shipper.
