The power train consists of a 402 cubic inch big block Chevy estimated at 500 horsepower. Internals include an aggressive cam, 101cc closed chamber heads, Accel ignition, a 750 cfm Holley carburetor, headers, and 3 inch exhaust with H pipe and Flowmaster mufflers. Edelbrock accessories were added to enhance the appearance. A high torque starter was added to assure plenty of power to bring the 402 to life, and a completely rebuilt Turbo 400 automatic transmission with B&M shifter puts the power to the rear wheels.

The undercarriage has been highly modified utilizing an Air Ride Technologies system at all four corners with individual controls. A Heidt front end with manual rack and pinion steering provide the handling, and front disc/rear drum brakes assure smooth, straight stops. The rear end is a 9 inch Ford with 3:08 gears and four link suspension. Rolling stock is new Boyd Coddington wheels with Falken 255/45ZR 18 tires ($3500 package).
