1969 Chevrolet Camaro BALDWIN MOTION

Ive been a camaro nut as far back as i can remember and i always thought this was the exact camaro i wanted so when i seen it at the Mecum auction several years back i just thought i absolutely had to have it. business was great and life was wonderful. all this combined i decided i was gonna own it and 100 grand later, i did. but like many things in my life when i got it home i was kind of like the dog chasing the car, i caught it now what am i gonna do with it? naturally as soon as it came off the trailer i had to take it for a ride through town. WOO HOO here we go! man this old car idled absolutely fantastic and at moderate to full throttle it was great but it was not a cruiser. try to idle through sonic and it would lunge with every hit of the motor. felt like i was in one of them hop up and down low riders. so i drove it back to my shop and put it in its bedroom its pictured in and that is exactly where it has sat ever since. ive listed it for sale a few times half heartedly considering getting rid of it since it just sits there. but i think the time has finally come. ive had several dealers look at it and the most serious few of them offered 75k so that is where i came up with my starting bid.now about the car. if you read the documentation you will see that it is a factory 375HP RS/SS396 with the M22 rock crusher transmission and 12 bolt rear with 4.10 gears. it sold new at baldwin chevrolet. at some point the 396 was pulled and was replaced with a ZL1 all aluminum 427. it is reported to be a 1969 ZL1 and not a later reproduction. the motor pictured on the stand is the 375hp 396. along with the ZL1 this car has all the other stuff that would have came on a phase III motion car. it even has the 3 correct dupree fuel pumps mounted in the trunk.im sure i have left out a ton of stuff and im sure ive said something thats not 100% correct. if you are interested in my car i would be more than happy to show it to you. it is located at 1602 s. market in hearne texas 77859. if you let me know when you would like to come i will make arrangements to meet with you and show you my car. if your a guru just wanting to correct any statements ive made i will be happy to add your corrections to my listing.the only payment method that will be accepted will be bank wire only.
