This is a very nice 1963 Corvair Spyder. It's the real thing, no clone or reproduction. It has all the proper badges and trim. It is an original Texas car. The paint is older but good. Virtually everything else on the car has been rebuilt or replaced. The engine has 40 miles on a complete overhaul. The heads were all redone with new exhaust valves and all valve guides. The turbocharger was rebuilt by Clarks Corvair. The carburetor and transmission were rebuilt and new seals were put in the differential. It has a new electric fuel pump. It has new brakes, good exhaust and interior. It has been converted from a generator to an alternator and has a new engine bay wiring harness. The floor pans and underside of the car are very solid. It has an aftermarket am/fm cassette radio installed that looks nice. It has the .389 posi-traction differential. This car runs and drives excellent. If you want a turn key Spyder that will bring you lots of joy for years, then this is the car for you.
