I am selling my very nice 1981 Chevy Scottsdale K10. Purchased from original owner this year, has all paperwork from factory as well as a record of all work performed since the truck was new. Runs and drives perfectly, cruises on the freeway at 75 with ease. Everything works and there are no issues with the truck, just looking to get another. Body is near perfect with no dings or scratches anywhere the bed is near perfect as well, no rust anywhere and paint is in excellent condition. A lot of work has been done, most listed below, and on top of that all gaskets and vacuum lines that needed replacing were replaced. -Crate 350 V8 with 82,750 miles with new spark plugs, wires, oil change and timing.
-TH350 transmission, rebuilt 16,000 miles ago.
-NP208 transfer case, 4x4 works as it should.
-Quadrajet 4 bbl carburetor, rebuilt 4000 miles ago, just tuned by carb shop.
-Straight front axle, Chevy corporate 10 bolt, manual lockers.
-Rear axle g80 locker with 2.73 gears
-Factory quad shocks in front
-Front disc brakes (brand new pads) rear drum brakes.
-New AC Delco fuel pump and power steering pump.
-All new true dual exhaust with full length headers. Mufflers are not loud, slightly louder than stock.
-Tow hitch with tow brakes.
-Factory AC is ice cold, heater is hot.
-Radio works, all gauges work.
-Dual 20 gallon gas tanks.
-Brand new 31x10.5r15 all terrain tires.
-Front grill guard (not installed) with auxiliary lights mounted. Dash switches already wired.
