1962 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

Very solid car. Can easily be used for daily driver. Minimal rust. A little across the front of the hood. And small areas behind the wheels where dirt settles behind the fenders on all older GM cars. Floors are perfect. Trunk is perfect. Car shows 62,000 miles. Judging by the condition of the original interior and stainless and chrome, probably right. Was originally a 283 powerglide car. Now has a fresh 350, stock other than H.E.I. distributor. Edelbrock carb and intake. Radiator, water pump new also. Wiper motor new.
Turbo 350 transmission, also fresh, and stock. Brakes have been completely rebuilt, all still drum. All new shoes, wheel cylinders, and master cylinder. Front end has been rebuilt, very tight, including steering sector. Electrical system rebuilt, new alternator, voltage regulator, battery. Dual exhaust, also new with glass pack mufflers. New 255/60/15" tires on the front, same size on the rear, nearly new. Mounted on 15x8" Corvette rally wheels.The car starts easily, pump it a couple of times, ready to go. Runs fine on 87 octane fuel. Drives straight and smooth. Plenty of power. Stops straight, smooth and quiet. Lights, wipers, signals, brake lights, heater, speedometer, fuel guage all work properly. Car stays dry inside in rain or or when washed. Shifter has been changed to floor. Has one crack at top of windshield, about even with the mirror, goes to the right. not obstructing vision. Upholstery showing it's age, but all still intact. Windows all work smoothly, driver door needs to be adjusted to shut better.
All in all, a very solid car that could easily be driven anywhere, any time.
