The Details;

A body-off frame resto in its correct 988 paint code Milano Maroon Urethane Paint. When body was off the frame was powdercoated to preserve it and we checked the stamped frame # it is matching. The panel fit is very nice with new fenders replaced simply due to the originals being flared for wider tires earlier in its life. The chrome, stainless trim, emblems are beautiful replaced or redone. All the glass is good. It has a new tight fit correct Beige Convertible top. It has chrome Spinner Hubcaps with Goldline Radial tires so it can be driven and enjoyed. Side exhaust was added to enhance the looks. My opinion this is one of the most visually stunning Iconic Corvette Roadsters you will ever see. The interior is new Al Knock correct to the 420 Trim Code Saddle Vinyl with all the original details. The undercarriage looks great markings are a pleasure to see a West Coast example (I purchased this car in California prior to restoration). Under the hood is impressive kept stock.

The Mechanics;

The 427/425hp engine was rebuilt by well known engine builder Tony File (front pad stamp reads T04I2IP S120922) rebuilt #'s M21 4 speed, factory Rear was gone thru. The engine it was 1st time rebuilt it was bored 30 over with new internals (I kept the factory internals that go with) new Forged Aluminum Pistons Hbeam Connecting Rods Eagle Crank original heads intact. The suspension was rebuilt, disc brakes rebuilt with added dual power master brake booster. It runs drives awesome. Shifts smooth goes down the road straight tight brakes are superb. One of the best driving big block 66' Roadsters an truly exceptional driving experience. Ready to drive with confidence.
