the reliable327 Engine but is not the original motor not matching numbers. Many correct components on top. Runs strong,cooling system is excellent, AFB carburetor, Correct air cleaner dual snorkel.Runs and drives nice. If you're interested in the split window coupe I highly recommend you come down and see the current person. Located in San Diego.

Borg Warner 4-speed transmission, correct type but NOT original has some 63 dates
ThisSting RayHas One of the most rust free windshield and birdcage you'll ever see.Keeping In mind that the car has been like this for 50 years as it was probably painted back around 1970
And that reflects the No rust condition and paint and has not been restored.
Body is excellen, never crashe, had minor fiberglass repair on left front only.super straight rust free frame.
Original factory color code is white with red interior. Car was probably painted red in the Early 70s and has remained that way so the paint is probably 45 years old.
Complete new clutch assembly and shifter linkage
Mint Condition original exterior mirror dated 9DMI2 =September 1962
Complete new 2.5" exhaust system aluminize coated Installed.
Texas car stored indoors,
Last inspection sticker was 1978, it was put away in the garage for 35 years, then sold and thenew owner got the car roadworthy again with brakes, tuneup, rebuilt rear end
Incredibly nice rust free bird cage.
All the exterior stainless trim around the windows and door is excellent condition with original rubber
un-restored.
