1949 Chevrolet Fleetline

1949 Chevy fleetline 2 door. Runs and drives. Has aftermarket turn signal kit installed and working. New Front disc brake kit and dual circuit master cylinder. Has 1950 olds one piece windshield installed. Needs front floor patches on driver and passenger side to be correct. Door handles are shaved. No solenoids installed. Headlight rings are welded to the body fr shaving and the buckets have been flipped to the inside of the fenders. A 1950 Mercury grill surround has been tacked in place between the fenders. Still needs to be finished in this area. No hood latch installed currently. An extra set of stock fenders are included with the sale if you wanted to return to stock. (See pics) No rust or former repairs in the rockers, rear interior floor, 1/4s or trunk. Doors, hood, fenders and trunk are solid original metal. Engine is an early 215 ci that could be possibly original to the car. It shifts smoothly through the gears and runs well. Clutch is great. Has original wheels with tires that hold air. (They are very old) I have driven this locally without problems. I believe it needs a radiator. Run this one as is with a bit of work for a patina cruiser or restore/customize as you drive. Great trustworthy cruiser.
