1973 Chevrolet K-20

When you want a cool classic pickup that has had a bunch invested in cool new features bright paint, a huge big block V8, upgraded interior and is still ready for heavy duty work, it's time to step up to this 1973 Chevrolet K20 long bed 4x4.
The full name on this pickup is a mouthful, and that's because it has all the features truck people want. After all, the K20 designation means you not only get the extra duty 3/4 ton rating, but also the longer bed. And you can tell this one is still ready to work today with great features like the rubber bed mat, liner paint, and a tow hitch behind the license plate. But it's not the practical side that really has you attracted to this one, is it? Instead, what first grabs your eye is that metallic LeMans Blue paint that nicely showcases the gentle curves and sharp lines that make these Chevy trucks so desirable. This is part of an investment in a recent partial restoration. Plus, it has all the right custom touches like the power bulge of the cowl hood, crystal clear headlights, sport mirrors, and the late-model grille that complements the chrome bumper. And of course, those cool Fuel Off-road wheels have eight-spokes... one for every bolt in those heavy-duty hubs.
This was the first year for the new line of Chevy trucks, and people love them for the major upgrades to the interior. The cloth bench seat is comfortable, and can easily fit three in a pinch. Plus, there are premium features like power windows, power locks, and provisions for air conditioning. But the driver gets the best improvements in this new generation with a dash that is built around you. The panel surrounds you with everything from the factory full gauge package to the upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with aux input. And you can see it all so clearly thanks to the thin spokes in the custom blue and chrome steering wheel.
The engine bay looks quite nice with the tidy setup, bright valve covers, and matching air topper. But beneath the tame appearance is the heart of a beast. This is a 454 cubic-inch big block V8 that has been bored out to 468ci total. More than just a monster displacement, it also has been upgraded with a Quick Fuel Slayer four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake, and wide three-inch Hedman headers that feed the thunderous dual exhaust. All this extra power is handled by a stout TH400 three-speed automatic transmission with a shift kit. The upgraded motor is also really helpful for more power when it's time for 4x4 duty. This truck has a two-speed transfer case to choose the right kind of traction. And the lifted suspension and Crosswind off-road tires are going to make sure you and Mother Nature remain friends. In fact, the dual fuel tanks mean you can go deeper into the wilderness. But more than just a pure off-road machine, the power steering and upgraded four-wheel disc brakes are something you'll enjoy just as much in the city as you do on the trail.
This is a great pickup that was assembled to work harder and go farther. And it does it all with a fresh custom look. So you already know the kind of investment it takes to look this good, and how much of a deal this 4x4 is. And that's also why you need to hurry before some else realizes it, too. Call today!!!
