1956 Chevrolet Corvette convertible

Very nice '56 Corvette in classic red with white coves and red interior. It was converted by a previous owner to front disc brakes and power steering, making it more comfortable to drive. Complete new interior was installed last year including new smaller steering wheel, seat upholstery, door panels, kick panels, carpet set, etc. Also includes a new (still in the box) completely assembled black Stayfast top assembly needing to be bolted in the car (NOT just the new top material, but a new complete top frame with the material professionally installed, new latches and weatherstripping installed at a cost of over $3,000). Also had new tires and a new exhaust system installed last year. The motor is a period 327" with a 4 speed transmission. The chrome trim is very nice. Very nice, solid frame. Older paint beginning to show some minor flaws and cracks, but still shines well and looks great from 10 feet. I haven't driven the car in a year, so it may need some minor attention, but it ran well when driven into the garage, and is very solid. VERY reasonable reserve.
