Considered one of the best iterations of the mid-year Corvettes, the 1967 model year featured many new improvements and options over previous vehicles. Considered by many to be the greatest improvement, the '67 features five functional front fender louvers that increase air-flow and improve the overall side profile of the car.Our specific example is completely numbers matching and features its original 327 cubic inch overhead valve V8 engine producing 350 horsepower (L79). It is currently mated to a Tremac TKO-600 5-Speed manual transmission for improved drivability. The original (numbers matching) 4-speed close-ratio manual transmission (M21) is included with the vehicle. The vehicle was also originally optioned with an auxiliary matching hard top (C07), side mount exhaust (N14), power steering (N40), 7.75x15 red line tires (QB1), and an AM-FM radio (U69).The vehicle is finished in its original color, Goodwood Green and features a tan soft top and matching Goodwood Green auxiliary hard top. The interior is appointed in its original Saddle Vinyl upholstery and shows very nicely.
