This truck was built in the Fremont, CA plant and sold to the Fire Chief of San Mateo, CA... he sold it to his pal a Police officer who also kept it garaged and then sold it to my friend. This BEAUTY has only had three owners since it was brand new and only 87,000 ORIGINAL MILES! Take a look at the lines on this beauty, what an amazing looking truck. This is one nice driving rig, it goes 70-75 MPH on the freeway no problem, no squeaks or rattles. It is a DRY California truck all its life. The all original Brown and Green interior is VERY NICE and has the OPTIONAL - Silverado trim level including the NICE Original code "A51" Rare Front Bucket Seats with Center Console, All Wood Grain Accents, NICE dash, NICE original dash pad, NICE original gauge cluster with Working Factory Tachometer, NICE original sun visors, NICE original door panels and a nice original steering wheel. This truck the Original AM FM stereo with Pioneer 2-way speakers in front and it sounds awesome. This truck is nicely equipped including Power Steering, Tilt Steering Column, Factory Heavy Duty power brakes, HD front anti-sway bar, dual factory fuel tanks, original dual folding exterior mirrors, WORKING A/C, good heater and defroster, factory gauge package(all working including Tachometer), wipers, Factory Cruise Control, Sliding Rear Window, and 3-point seat belts. I drove this truck over twisty-turny Highway 9 and it handled like a dream with so slop in the steering, I also this truck over Santa Cruz and Altamont Summits and in rush hour traffic and even with the AC on it never even got past ½ way on the temperature gauge.
