1975 Chevrolet Cosworth Vega

Due to medical issues I have put up for auctionmy very rare1975 Cosworth Vega #1605 with justunder 76,000 miles. I purchased it several years ago, and was told it had not been driven since1995 (inspection sticker on the windshield expired in June of 96). Irefurbished the fuel system(had thetank sending unit rebuilt anew low pressure fuel pump, a new high pressure fuel pump and all of the fuel lines were replaced), serviced the brakes and got it running in no time.All of the gauges except the clock work. I have taken it to car shows as a barn find and itattracts more attention than you would image. Most people tell me they hadonly heard of the Cosworth Vega or seen it in a magazine, but never seen one in person. It has thetiltout quarter windows, working rear window defroster, positractionrear end, AM/FM radio, period correct after market steering wheel (original included), it has some rust in drivers floor and in the lower corners of the doors (I wire brushed the areas and painted them with POR 15 to hold off the rust until I could get to fixing it), interior needs carpet and the drivers seat needs to be redone as it has a couple of bad spots, also I removed the tilt feature from the drivers seat as it was broken. Runs and drives nice with original Fuel Injection, buttransmission needs to be rebuilt as it grinds a little going into second gear when its cold, but it comes with a rebuilt transmission. I think it was tapped in the left rear in the 80s and fixed.Over all a great little car.I parted out a complete running and driving Cosworth Vega, (it hadHutton carb conversionwhich I already sold) and have 90% of the parts that are included in the sale. I will notsell the parts separately. The partsinclude, doors, fenders, quarter panels, rear panel, rear hatch, headlight buckets and doors, tail lights, side market lights, shifter, parking brake, console tray, 2 extra sets of wheels, most of the suspension, 1 extra engine that was running when pulled (see picture red cam cover) and 1 for parts,most oftwo fuel injection systems (plus extra computer), both bumpers, complete extra white interior less carpet in fair shape, T50 5 speed, extra posi rear end, all glass but the windshield, 3 drive shafts, I saved most of the original bolts. If you want more pictures than what is here let me know. Winner must pick up the vehicle and parts at the same time as I will not store anything. Please consider how much space will beneed tohaul off everything. Please bring help to load the parts as some are very heavy and bulky. The car and parts are sold as is, where is, and no warranty is implied or given. Please remember the car is 47 years old and I have described it to the best of my knowledge but it is not perfect.
