1965 Chevrolet Corvair

You are bidding on a 1965 Corvair Monza convertible. Vin # 105675W217715. This is an extremely nice little Corvair that can be driven anywhere you choose. My name is Jim Higham and the owner has asked me to put this car in eBay on his behalf as he is leaving for Mexico for the winter. I have the car in my storage facility where these pictures were taken. I can also help the buyer with shipping arrangements and customs clearance if required. The only negative I see on the car is at the bottom of both front fenders there is some small paint bubbling.Below is a description of the car from the owner.
"1965 Corvair Monza Convertible 110hp & PG Transmission.
My 1965 Corvair Monza convertible was given to me by my spouse as a present to celebrate the date that I reached the point in my working career where I could retire without penalty (or as we called it "My piss me off and I'm out of here day").
Equipped with automatic transmission, original spoke hubcaps, original AM radio(not working but an AM/FM/CD unit has been installed under the dash), luggage rack, rear antenna, seat belts, twin mirrors and power convertible top. Interior has been refinished to original and is in very good condition. The convertible top is in very good condition.
The engine has rebuilt heads (valves/guides/springs & staked seats). I have replaced the battery, installed a fuel pump, premium rebuilt carbs by Wolf Enterprises, rebuilt the master/wheel cylinders/brakes/cables, and rebuilt front end. Unfortunately, it leaks a little oil but replacement oil pan gaskets are included.
Also includes car cover, original owner's manual, service manual, maintenance receipts, and other assorted spare parts (fan belt & installation tool, filters, bulbs, & a set of carbs) and some other Corvair related documentation"
