1969 Chevrolet Corvette

This resto-mod '69 Corvette has been built from the ground up! It was a low mileage car with only 40,000 miles. It had the smoothest and straightest body panels of any '69 I have ever seen. I have never seen one with better door gaps! The frame was rust free. We welded it out for additional strength and powder coated it. We used Ride-Tech coil over suspension front and rear and did away with the traverse leaf spring in the rear. Their lattice structure trailing arms look great and are heavy duty! This car rides smoothly and handles like a go-Kart! Good for auto cross if that is what you want. This '69 is powered by an LS7 and has a Tremec T56 Magnum (heavy duty) 6 speed with a White Lightning shifter. Rear end has been completely rebuilt and works great.We used Michelin rubber on Forgeline wheels.We added Vintage Air air conditioning and cruise control.The car now has a Dakota Digital dash with a digital replica stereo with power amp and a rear speaker system.Head lights are a mechanical system by Custom Image Corvette.Gone is the lazy eye vacuum system! We used a long hood on this car and did away with the problematic wiper door.The firewall was smoothed and is the nicest you will see anywhere. As for the body, we flared the fenders 2" on all four corners and stuffed as much rubber under them as we could get.The paint is amazing!Smooth as glass.We cut the stripe into the white so there is no ridgeline around the stripe.Paint and flares are by Custom Image Corvette so you know it is done right!Top was provided and installed by Al Knoch Interiors.I hauled the car all the way from SD to TX so I could make sure the top was done right!The car has all new leather interior.Side pipes are polished stainless and do not burn the wife's legs when she gets out.

I have receipts for over $149,000 that I have into this car, and that doesn't include the 3000 hours I put into it. This car has a little over 700 test miles on it since its transformation.
