Attention Getter! If you are looking for a head-turning/ car show winning/ gas wasting/ screaming corvette...this is the car for you! This car is a "one off" custom award winning c3 corvette. It placed 2nd at the 2016 Houston Autorama in the "Mild Sport Custom" class and 2nd at the 2016 Chevy Corvette Expo in Galveston, TX (Custom C3 class) and has won first place at several local car shows.

Production Facts: In 1973 (last year of metal rear bumpers) There were 30,464 Corvettes made, 25,521 were T-Top coupes, but only 4,424 were made with the 454 Big Block. However, the 454 was not a very impressive engine compared to the 427 added to this car!

IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PAINTJOB...RELAX!!!..it's a "FULL BODY WRAP" and you can peel off to reveal the sunflower yellow and black paint job and you can do whatever you want to it. (See pictures of the yellow/black paint underneath the wrap). I wanted a crazy "1970's California Surf/Corvette Summer" theme to spin heads..it does that! You can repaint it, leave it as it is, or do a full body wrap of your own design.

Engine: *THIS IS NOT A NUMBERS MATCHING CAR* This car came from factory with a big block 454, that has been replaced with a rebuilt 427 big block out of a 1969 Corvette. It is estimated to make between 550-600hp. It has cast iron ported and polished heads, a freshly rebuilt B&M supercharger (makes 5-6 lbs of boost and adds about 150-175hp similar to a Weiand 177 kit), Demon 850CFM carb, Lunati Blower Cam, 1" â…ž headers with straight pipe 3" exhaust (no mufflers) with polished stainless steel tips. It is loud from behind, but inside the car it sounds "just right" Brand new water pump, aluminum radiator with electric variable speed fans. Custom polished aluminum "427 Turbo Jet" valve covers.

MILEAGE: NOT SURE OF ACTUAL MILEAGE BUT ODOMETER SHOWS 19,XXX (I assume it has rolled over at least once since 1973 but have no way of knowing for sure).

Drivetrain: It has a 3 speed automatic turbo 400 with a 3500rpm stall converter and a strong shift kit. It has a posi-trac rear end (think it has 3:70 gears and tops out at about 110mph at 5000 RPM). It will throw you back in your seat and smoke the tires but will hook up and go if you try.

Brakes: Freshly rebuilt disc brakes with new master cylinder.

Runs and drives great. Great for short cruises, local car shows, NOT a daily driver or rally car.

Interior: Brand new $4000 custom interior (Advanced Auto Upholstry...seats, carpet throughout w/ dynamat) All gauges and radio work (needs new speakers). Custom steering wheel, original dash and door panels.

Paint/body: Custom 3" rear fender flares, 2" flares in the front. Body has a $4000 full body wrap by Mobile Graphics in Houston with carbon fiber accents. Can be removed revealing a dull sunflower yellow factory paint job (car needed to be repainted to be show quality).

Wheels and tires: Brand new BF Goodrich Radial T&A's with less than 500 miles on them (no burn outs) Rear size is 295/50/15 (about 14" wide) Front size is 205/60/15 (about 6" wide) Centerline aluminum rims in excellent condition.

Other Mods: Electric Pop-Up Headlight Conversion (replaces old vacuum actuated system), Blue LED interior lighting hooked up to spare battery for car shows, Tinted Windows. AutoMeter Water Temp and Boost Gauges. Carbon Fiber Wrapped Wood removable windshield wiper cover (hides wiper blades and wiper arms during car shows)

Negative Issues/Defects: Slight oil drip (leaves about 10 dime size drips in a month). Was a factory A/C car but no AC (you could do vintage air system). Needs stereo speaks, Needs paint and body work to be "A+ Show Quality", a few minor issues with the wrap (minor scratches or blemishes, not advertised as being a 100% perfect car) Overall a very straight body with minor micro cracks and oxidation and clear coat issues on paint that is "under the wrap" Full Disclosure: I would grade the car an 8.0-8.5 out of 10. It would probably cost $5000 to do the bodywork and repaint the car if you are skilled and can do it yourself, probably $10,000-$12,000 to have a professional body/paint shop do a custom paint job).
