73 chevy caprice convertible

1973 Chevrolet Caprice

This is a running 454 convertible 73 chevy caprice. I have a clean title. This car was in the middle of a restoration but still needs to be finished. Has power windows. Missing bumpers and back seats. Has a little rust visible under the driver's side rear seat. Have no keys but the ignition switch does open but can open trunk. Car belonged to a family member who can no longer work on it (long story). What you see in the pictures and video is what you get. I have no other parts. Wheel skirts are included and inside the car.
