One of a kind custom built pro street. Complete nut and bolt job. Frame off restoration. One of the nicest cars out there. The motor is a 496 BBC backed up by a 700R4 manual valve body transmission. Also built with a Ford 9" with rear disk brakes. Full custom suspension with Morrison back Half to fit the tires under the car (Full Tub). This is one of the best tubbing jobs we have seen.
Everything on the car is new and just completed. Interior is beautifully done. All new interior With roll cage to protect the occupants. Buckets seats with 4 point harnesses. No rear seat but it is carpeted all the way to make it seem that it has a rear seat delete. Gauges are stock with hood mounted tach. Dash was done to hold the switches that control ignition, fuel and fans. Push button start once key is turned on. All new windows and seals.
Under the hood is the powerful 496 BBC with edelbrock aluminum heads. Scat Crank, Scat Rods, Forged Pistons, Molly Rings, Roller Rockers.. Estimated to be between 600 and 700 HP. Fire wall was smoothed and painted to match the car.
Brakes are 4 wheel disk brakes with wilwood mater cylinder and proportioning valve under hood.
The exterior of the car is one to speak about. Gets looks everywhere it goes. In my opinion the 64 has some of the most beautiful body lines. The car is painted a beautiful black (custom blend) and show how smooth the panels are on this car. There is no rust or bondo on the car. Every body line is perfect on the vehicle. All parts have been powdercoated black to match the sinister look. The paint glows in the sun. The car does have a few chips and touch up spots but really cannot be seen unless you are right on the paint looking for imperfections.
The underside of the car was given the same amount of detail as the rest of the car. Everything was cleaned fixed and painted. New fuel pump. Stainless fuel lines to feed the beast with return to the tank. Tank is a fuel cell mounted in the trunk.
This car is meant to be driven on the street or strip. No AC, No Stereo, No fluff. Just an amazing car that can go!!!!
There are a few minor issues that need to be fixed or repaired on the car.
1.Need new door hinge on driver door (have new hinge ready to go on). Hinge pops when the door is opened.
2.Needs new latch on drivers door (or might need to be adjusted). Just a little hard to close the door all the way. Current one still works.
3.Hood tach is not operating correctly
4. Rear tires are cracked and dry rotted. Have new tires that come along with the car to replace the existing ones.
This is a car for anyone who wants to drive to a show or track. Beautiful car for the price. Couldn't build this for close to what we are asking for it. This car is clearly a 9 out of 10. Car has a clean CA title. Can assist with shipping but it is the buyers responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping. We will not ship out of the country.
