For sale is a 1978 pro/street corvette. Car has the best of everything at the time of building. This is a 1978 corvette pace car with a 1980-82 front bumper and a LT1 rear bumper with a custom made aluminum rear wing. Paint is a beautiful candy green color. It has been tubbed and caged with swing out side bars.
Rear is a 4 link with a Ford 9" housing andnodularcenter section with 4.33 gears. QA1 double adjustable shocksand Wilwood disc brakes on front and rear. Front suspension is rebuilt stock with 90/10 shocks.
Motor is a 350 small block built for a supercharger with aluminum heads.Too many parts to list in motor but will be glad to provide all details to interested buyer. Topped with a polished 6-71 BDS blower with Hilborn fuel injection that is very dependable and street friendly.Exhaust consists of Ceramic coated Hooker headers and Flowmaster mufflersfull exhaust goes over rear housing and exits behind the rear tires..Transmission is a TH400 reverse manual body with a trans brake and a 8" 5500 torque converter with a ATI SFI blow proof bellhousing. Car is very capable of running in the 10's. Rear tires are 31x18.5-15LT Hoosier Quick time tires mounted on American Racing Torque Thrust ll polished wheels. Front wheels are 15x6 American Racing Torque Thrust ll polished.
The interior was left to look stock for a classy look with reupholstered original seats and 5 point racing harnesses. Original dash board fitted with Auto Meter gauges, tach, am/fm cd stereo with front and rear speakers . Tilt and telescopic steering column with custom steering wheel. Power windows, power door locks and heater/defroster. Professionally installed carpet with sound deader thru out car front and back over wheel tubbs.
