1967 Chevrolet Other Pickups

1967 Chevy K10 short bed with 13, 344 miles. This is a retired fire truck. Truck was donated to the department in 1970 and was stored in a heated garage until it was taken ut of service in 2010. Truck has a 292 with 3 speed on the tree. The cab has been repainted when the lettering was redone on the doors. Also, once it was taken out of service, the cab roof was professionally replaced due to holes cut for lights. There are some dents and front bumper is slightly tweaked (see photos) from being in service. However, the body and bed are very clean and original. It has the original dealer sticker still on the tailgate and you can still read some type of assembly number on the firewall.
The wood in the bed was recently replaced. There are still some holes where equipment had been mounted over the years. I do not have the rear bumper but do have new bumper brackets. I had the engine checked and it is consistent 150 psi across all cylinders. The back of the frame is coated with POR-15; the front has not been touched.
Known issues: passenger side hub works but spins all the way around, horn does not work, one blinker indicator on the dash is out, the door locks are pinned so no one could lock the keys in it when it was in service.
This is a very honest, clean, original truck that is driven locally almost every weekend. The truck is stored in a storage unit from early fall to late spring. This truck has a great history and I can provide most details right down to the original hand-written titles from when it was donated.
