1966 Chevrolet Chevelle This is a beautiful 396 SS tribute car! The restoration is about 3 years old and was done with high attention to detail! The end result is absolutely stunning. The body is straight and the lines are all CRISP! You can take it in from all sides and it looks great. Panel gaps look good and doors shut with NO problems, s does the hood and trunk lid. The paint is a strong 7/10 and presents itself very well. It was painted a Marina Blue and it does have some rock chips that were touched up very well. It is a very CLEAN driver for sure! Both bumpers appear to be brand new and shine true and bright. The trim is in very good condition as well! The headlights are nice and clear with no crack or chips and the same goes for the taillights. All emblems appear to be brand new and are very vibrant. All of the glass is nice and clean. This car looks very good! It is nice and clean. The chrome rally wheels add a nice bit of flash to the exterior. The interior is SHOW quality! All seats have been recovered and as pictures show they look to NEVER have been sat on! All carpet is brand new and shows NO signs of rips or stains. All floor mats are brand new as well! The dash mat shows NO sun wear what so ever. Door panels have been redone as well and look great with ALL working hardware! The B&M Quick Shifter is a nice touch and it adds flare to the interior in a tasteful way. There is plenty of modern upgrades as well from a Sunpro tack with a shift light to gauges as well. There is also a modern Pioneer sound system that sounds great! The kick panels are custom and hold Pioneer component speakers (very clean). The dash gauges are super clean and not foggy one bit! Door jams are clean as well. This interior shows so well. The engine bay is super nice and hosts a freshly rebuilt 396 that runs strong and sounds incredible. It turns over first time every time! It has just recently received the fallowing NEW -All belts -4 shocks (car rides super smooth) -Complete camshaft and lifter kit -Intake manifold gasket -Timing cover gasket -PVC and breather system -Transmission filter and gasket -Valve cover and oil pan gaskets -Choke on carb -Carb spacer The turbo 350 transmission is strong and has a shift kit as well. It has a 12 bolt rear end with good highway gears as well. It runs about 2400 rpm’s at 65 MPH. This car runs, rives and stops incredibly well! It is an absolute BLAST to drive and pulls well through ALL gears. It drives EXTREMELY straight even while braking. This car also has NO rust at all and all floor pans are original!
