For sale is a super-clean 1970 Chevy C-10 long bed pickup with original paint, tool box, and NO RUST. This truck sat untouched for 21 years in my neighbor's garage until I bought it in May of 2016. Since then I have invested over 5K in parts and repair listed here. It is a daily driver and runs and drives great.
Wheels: 4 new white wall tires, new hub caps, new wheel bearings in front, brake system completely flushed, new master cylinder, all brake cylinders rebuilt, new brake shoes all around, 2 new drums on the rear, new heavy duty Monroe shocks all around, fresh wheel alignment, re-built steering box, rebuilt drive shaft and u-joints, new center support bearing.
Engine: Fresh lube and oil change, re-built cylinder head installed with NEW bolts (engine uses no oil). New battery, voltage regulator, alternator, distributor w/electronic ignition, new coil, wires plugs, rotor and cap. Re-built carburetor, new fuel pump and air filter. New radiator and hoses, new water pump, belt, and thermostat. New water temp gauge installed in cab. Custom chrome valve cover. There was a new muffler installed before it was parked in the garage for so long.
Interior: New upholstery and custom cup holder. Floor mats are original and in great condition. AM radio does not work.
Included are original service and shop manuals, and the original build sheet from the factory in Fremont CA.
