Up for auction is an American classic. This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible is an eye catcher and trophy winner anywhere you go. This is a factory Marlboro Maroon car. This classic was restored by a professional corvette restoration shop in 2001. The previous owner has enjoyed this vehicle for the past 13 years. The exterior appearance of this vehicle is stunning with only a few minor rock chips noted. All of the body lines are smooth and the doors open and close with ease. This is a well sorted out vehicle with all gauges and instruments working properly. There are not any issues present that I am aware of. The frame and undercarriage of this corvette are very solid and there are no notations of rust repair of any kind. The drive line of this corvette consists of a very stout 383 c.i.d short block that is topped with a set of Edelbrock Performer aluminum heads and intake. The carburetor is a Barry Grant Demon 750 cfm. This car has an aluminum Be Cool radiator and an aluminum water pump. As you enjoy this classic ride, you can enjoy the power steering and the cool air that comes from its Vintage Air system. The Muncie 4 speed transmission works without flaw and is a true joy to drive. The interior of this vehicle shows like new and retains the factory seat belts.
