1967 Chevrolet C-10

Up for auction is a 1967 GMC shortbed pickup truck that is currently registered in CT & Insured This truck was completely disassembled everything was sandblasted by American Dry Strip and then the frame and the body and the inside of the truck were coated with Dupont DP90
As far as the main body the inner rockers and outer rockers were replaced like factory 2 small patches were put on the floor the rest of the floor is in mint condition As far as the doors after being sandblasted there were dents and many holes from a dent puller so 2 new door skins were installed the hood has no rust just some minor dents That also was sandblasted both sides and coated with DP90 The radiator support had the usual rust under the battery box that was cut out and new metal was replaced The original fenders were shot so I replaced them with 2 new ones The wheel wells are original and in excellent conditio, the gas tank was cleaned out primed and painted black prime, the seat is from a 70's GMC the foam is perfect and it has a fairly new seat cover from the previous owner
As far as the frame it too was sandblasted primed and painted Chassis Black I had the rearend rebuilt with new axle bearings, seals, wheel cylinders, brakes, and springs The rear trailing arms have new bushings as well as spring, new emergency brake cables, The frontend of the truck was completely rebuilt with all Moog Parts including A-arm shafts,upper and lower ball joints, tie-rod ends and sleeves, pitman arm, new lowered spindles, springs, wheel bearings, new calipers and rotors as well as a brand new quick ratio steering box and all new rubber body mounts
The truck comes with all the original pieces that came off of it which is bagged and tagged for instance window regulator, vent windows, 2 sets of gauge, interior light, interior metal door panels, driveshaft which needs to be cut it's from a long bed truck, emergency brake handle. Original GMC fleetside tail gate just to name a few
As far as new parts that come with the truck complete weatherstripping kit as well as window channels and vent window rubber front and rear windshield rubber,, new tail light lenses, front headlight bezels, outside doorhandles, inside door handles and window cranks, complete stainless steel brake lines from Inline Tubin, glove compartment box, Dash pad, I'm sure there are new pieces I just can't think now
The truck does not come with Motor or Trans as well as glass or be, wiring harness there may be a couple more items I can't think of right now
This truck is in excellent condition in my opinion all the hard work is done it needs minimal body work Why spend $6000 or $7000 plus for a truck that has a new paint job with all the rust issues hiding underneath the paint This is a blank canvas ready to move forward with the project
