This rather unusual, rare truck, is from my small private collection of classic American vehicles. I am not a dealer.

There are hardly any Long Wheel Base, Fleet Side Bed, Big Rear Window 1960 C-10's out there.

Truck originally was built and assembled at Van Nuys Assembly plant in California. It spent the majority of time there.

Until, it entered my collection in 2013, as an older restoration, performed by the seller, who owned the truck for a very long time in California. I maintained and further restored it since.

• Drivetrain is all original, except for the engine. It came with a 283, but was exchanged to a 1981 vintage 305 with a HEi distributor.I purchased it this way from the seller.
• Truck is reliable and starts and runs nicely. Runs cool on Texas Hot days. Drives smooth.
• Truck has original 2-speed Powerglide with original 3.90 Rear End. Transmission shifts fine. Linkage could use adjustment, but definitely usable as is.
  
• Truck has original torsion springs in the front and coil springs in the rear.
• As originally equipped, no power steering and no power brakes.
• Body and bed is in excellent shape. Paint has usual small scratches, but shows very well. Wood in bed could use a sand and re-varnish, but being wood, its perfect for light duty use.
• There is very small amount of surface rust on the chrome grill and turn signal covers.
• I am including a older front bumper and bumper horns along with another set of Hub Caps.
• I am also including a driver side vent window latch and 4 HVAC knobs and a Fitted Custom Outdoor Truck Cover.
• Plumbing to heater core has been disconnected. Blower fan does not operate. Aftermarket modern radio.
• Windows, locks and gas cap, gages, etc. all in working condition.
  
• Truck has been garage kept and taken to the occasional local weekend classic gatherings.

In closing, you are looking at an honest, rare original, drivers truck, that is a head turner and conversation starter anywhere it is seen.

This is not a Pebble Beach 100 point truck, although it can become one with very little investment.

Neither is it a RestoMod. But it can become either very easily.
