ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! restored 1965 Chevrolet Impala SS 2-door hardtop in stunning Regal Red with factory Rallye wheels, raised-white-letter radials and a black bucket seat interior. Mint condition, best-of-show, top-quality North Carolina car with the 327 4-barrel engine, 4-speed manual transmission and 3.08 rearend. The engine was rebuilt during the restoration to stock specs with the exception of the carburator; now an Edelbrock 600cfm 4-barrel in place of the onginal carter. Starts immediately and settles into a smooth aggressive idle from the dual FlowMaster exhaust. Runs prefectly on premium pump and there are no issues; no smoke, no leaks, no noises. The 4-speed manual transmission (also rebuilt) shifts prefectly via a Hurst shifter and the 3.08 rearend provides relaxed cruising. Power steering and power brakes for effertless driving. All new suspension components, all new steering gear, all new bushings, springs, &. shocks, and all new brake components ensure many years of trouble-free fun. Very nice driving car. Black bucket seat interior with the center console and factory gauge package. All instruments work: property including the factory vacuum gauge and factory clock but the oil &. temp gauges have been disconnected and a more accurate pair of AutoMeters discretely mounted under-dash. AutoSound stereo, plays perfectly and sounds great. All new correct seat coverings, seat foams, full carpet kit, sill plates, interior door panels, and dash pad make the interior brand new. The original steering wheel has no cracks and all lights, turn signals, dash lights, & wipers work correctly. Beautiful interior. Excellent all steel body with no dents, no dings, no waves, no flaws, and I cannot find any body filler or panel repairs. Exceptional Regal Red paint, block sanded and polished to a smooth finish, and show-quality perfect. This car looks outstanding in bright red and the underside was done correctly in chassis black paint. All new chrome bumpers front & rear, new chrome door handles & mirror, and all of the brightwork has been removed and professionalty restored and polished. All new weatherstripping, window whiskers, and trunk seal. Excellent glass and all windows operate smoothly. Brand new tail light lenses, excellent front grille, and excellent rear tail panel. Brand new Super Sport emblems. Brand new factory Rallye wheels with the polished trim rings and chrome center caps fitted with P245-60-15 raised-white-letter BFGoodrich T/A Radials. The trunk is correctty finished in gray splatter paint and contains the factory rubber mat & spare tire. Just professionally detailed, polished, hand waxed, and turnkey ready for cruises and best-of-show trophies; magnificent!
