First time offer from my private collection is my 1969 Chevrolet Nova SS. This is a special car and is considered a day 2 car. Back in the 60's dealer would purchase cars and send them to either Don Yenko or Bill Thomas for special upgrades. Bill Thomas as well as Don Yenko were as we all know famous racers and car enthusiasts. This particular car was sent to Selman Chevrolet on day 1, in Orange County California. On day 2, this car was forwarded to Bill Thomas Chevrolet in Anaheim California. Attached original window sticker shows the explanation of options selected. Very few of these cars are known to have survived. This Nova has gone through a frame off concourse restoration and shows less than 950 miles, since completion. The car is shown in original Olympic gold paint. The paint, chrome, stainless, are all in flawless show quality condition. The vinyl top and interior show no signs of wear,rip,fade or smoke. This Nova SS is powered by the original matching numbers 396 turbo jet 350HP 4speed with RARE FACTORY INSTALLED ALL SEASON AIR CONDITIONING. This option is unusually rare and seldom found for a big block muscle car of this era. Car is stunning with black vinyl custom interior period correct completed with bucket seats and vinyl roof over Olympic Gold.
