1977 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 2500 Scottsdale

For auction is a beautiful vintage 1977 Chevrolet Scottsdale pickup truck. This is a 3/4 ton pickup with helper springs as the vehicle was only used for hauling a slide on camper to Florida every winter . The body and original condition clearly shows the result of that winter respite in road salt free Florida. I purchased the truck from the original owners estate.This truck has a 350 engine with original miles of only 68,567 which could increase slightly as it is used occasionally. The outstanding condition of the vehicle does not stop with the original low mileage drive train. It has its original paint, floor mat, windows, bed paint, and upholstery. The engine valve covers were repainted because I had to replace the valve cover gaskets apparently from just drying out due to lack of use. Everything on the truck works as it should including radio, heater, window crank handles, door handles, wipers, lights, blinkers, gas gauge etc.There are isolated small rust spots shown in the photos shown and they are on the drivers door down low, just in front of the right rear wheel well, and on the top of the bed side rail.The truck has a nearly new battery, new plugs, oil change, and Goodyear Wrangler tires (90-95%). It also has a slider back window for optimal air circulation with the vent windows.
If you are looking for a classic dependable Chevrolet pickup that could car show just as it is, then this is the one. The iron clad 350 engine was so much so a work horse for General Motors that I believe they quit making it because they lasted too long. The truck is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
