1965 Chevrolet Corvette STD

This is a very complete matching number 327/300 HP, 4 speed conv. with hard top. I have owned this car since 1994. The original color is Glen Green with Black vinyl interior. It has a clear Michigan title.The windshield and A pillars appear very nice with only surface rust. The rockers have surface rust, but are solid. The frame was sandblasted sometime ago and has some rot at the drivers side kickup that is very repairable. The rest of the frame looks solid.I have known this car since 1980 and it was a project then, so it has not been on the road for some time.Most of the fiberglass is original. It has had the front nose between the headlights replaced. The rear panel above the fuel tank and taillight panel was replaced. I think this was repaired back in 1971 because of a date code on the taillight panel. They used all OEM fiberglass and did a nice repair. Someone later put an extra taillight in each side. The holes are fiberglassed in now.It has the Originalengine, heads, carb., rad., intake, rear end, exhaust manifolds and windows. The windshield was replaced. I do not know if the numbers on the 4 speed transmission match the car.The engine does turnover.This would make someone an Awesome matching number restoration.Serious buyers only.
