1969 Chevrolet Corvette

For Sale is the BODY of my 1969 corvette coupe. It was originally a 427/435 car. There is no frame, no motor, no running gear. Just the body.
Body is in very good shape, aside from where I had begun grafting the pop-up headlight portion back onto the car. This section is simply taped in place. See the photo.
Some time in the past the front end was modified and single headlights were moulded into the fenders. See the photos. I planned on rebuild the car as an L88 racer, but my health has forced me to end the project.
The original trim tag is in place. Car came from the factory Monaco Orange., with black vinyl interior. Also the original tank with the tank sticker goes with the car. It is nearly illegible, but can be restored or duplicated.
The car originally came with 427/435 hp motor, M21 4 speed, F41 suspension, P/S, P/B, tinted glass, AM FM.
There are NO SEATS in the car. The speedo and tach work. The radio is an aftermarket Corvette radio. Carpets are fair. Dash and door panels are good.
As you can see it has flares. These were very well done. The rear valance was moulded into the r, but I have cut it off and replaced it with the correct valance for a car with under-car exhaust. he hood is the Motion SS427 hood.
Obviously, the body needs to be towed on a flat bed or trailer. It is currently sitting on a wooden body cart. If you do not want the hood I will deduct an amount from the price and include a small block hood.
All the glass is good. The bumpers are decent. There is no grille or bumper guards in the front.

Car is located in Connecticut, off I95. I do not believe an auto transporter will ship just the body. You should plan on transporting it yourself. I have no ability to deliver the body.
Almost forgot, the trim tag and VIN tag are still on the car, he gas tank and tank stiker go with the car, and a transferable title goes with the body.
Again, this is for the BODY only. No chassis, no drive train.
